New towers appear in Data Defense over time. They help you face new enemies with new abilities by appearing in new positions. You can find a tower that slows down moving enemies by choosing one with a fast attack speed. Another option is to pick a build that reduces enemy armor when attacking— this way, your towers won't be destroyed. Alternatively, you can choose a building that increases armor when attacking— in this case, your tower won't have much success. When your stamina increases, so does your enemy's strength. This is because increased stamina causes blue squares to appear in the game that pose little threat. However, when your stamina decreases or enemies lose stamina, you can expect to see red and yellow squares appear on the screen. These dangerous looking squares put pressure on the player because they literally turn green to red during enemy attacks. System security guards must ward off intruders who want to break into the system. In a tower defense game, players focus on the system’s minimalistic experience by guarding it. Enemy portals appear on the right side of the display, and green lines indicate the path they follow in movement. Different towers can be positioned in different places depending on the player's strategic needs. These positions then create a pathway the enemy must cross. New tower types with different capabilities are added to the game over time. They can be positioned in any way by overlaying them on top of each other.
