The game's story is based on a real event that players can relate to in order to get the most out of the game. The event took place in Philadelphia and involved a package that arrived at one person's private detective office unannounced. Inside the box is a locked container. However, there's no latch to open it. During a phone call, someone claiming to be Jack says you have 60 minutes to save a person. In order to do so, you need one piece of information. Who was the person saved? That's what the player needs to find out.

Where the first clue leads players, they travel to many places. When reaching a new location, players investigate by listening for something. They find a picture and must find whatever game requires to progress its investigation. Different objects will need to be found in order to continue players' investigations. Finding these objects requires long observation; many of them are deliberately hidden in clever ways.

To make the investigation scenes easier to view, the game's creators polished their work to high quality. By examining this polished work, players can discover even small details even hidden behind a lot of other things.

Detectives need to interact with many suspicious objects and people in order to solve their cases. Therefore, players must interact with over 30 different characters the game provides in order to successfully complete the case. Each time players make a conversation, they will easily find valuable clues needed to solve the case. Not just talking to characters, players can analyze their surroundings and discover many details. By using these smaller observations, they can piece together a larger theory so they can solve the case. ———
