It's ideal for second homes and electrical appliances that require always be connected : refrigerators ,fish tanks , engines , etc ... Simply you should connect an android device with this app (eg an old phone with prepaid card ) to the wall socket for monitoring the area and it will alert to the selected contacts with a SMS when there is a poweroutage.
