The person who plays all the cards first is the winner.

# There are also other rules:
- Accumulated law (additional law, does not exist in the official law).
- The cards add 2 and change color to 4, in some styles, can be stacked. When a player hits an extra 2 card, the next player may play an extra 2 or change their color by an additional 4 so that they don't have to draw a card. When playing 2 more, the next player can add 2 or change color 4, but when changing 4 more color, the next player can only play the same card. The player who does not have a card that has the ability to accumulate must draw the number of cards equal to the sum of the cards.

# Other types of cards exist in the 108 series:
- Change the color (Wild): Change the color (1 of 4 colors) of the game at the player's discretion, the opponent must play the card in the changed color.
- Change the color to 4 (Wild draw 4): Only play this card when you no longer have any number cards of the same color as the previous card. Then you change the color you want. The next person has a choice to challenge you, if they DO NOT choose a challenge then they will draw 4 cards and lose their turn.
- Add 2 (Draw 2): Causes the opponent to pick 2 more cards and then takes turns.
- Reverse (Reverse): Reverse the betting round of the game (the default when the game is clockwise).
- Prohibit (Skip): Causes the enemy to lose turns, turn turns to the next.

# Win or lose in offline card game:
